You will have to make all purpose flour paste to close the tortilla after stuffing potatoes.
Oil for frying
All purpose flour paste (2 tbsp all purpose flour and water – mix together to get thick paste)
After making your potato stuffing, let it cool for approx 20 -30 mins.
Get flour tortillas and cut them into half. Right before stuffing the potatoes, slightly warm for 10 seconds, so it becomes pliable and doesn’t break when you fold it.
Fold tortillas into cones quickly after warming, and apply paste to glue it together.
Fill Stuffing and apply paste again to close the ends.
Deep fry these little delicious samosas on medium heat until slightly brown and crispy.
